The stuff people ask before signing

Do you lock us into a contract?

Nope. Everything's month-to-month — no two-year handcuffs. We'd rather earn the renewal by being useful than trap you in a PDF. If it's not working, you give 30 days' notice and we hand your stuff over clean.

What counts as "up to 12 seats"?

A seat is a person who uses a computer at your firm — attorney, hygienist, front desk, whoever. Full Desk covers up to 12 of them for the flat $1,150. Past that it's $78 per extra seat, and we'll always tell you before the number moves.

We already have a computer guy. Can you just back him up?

Absolutely — that's exactly what Watchtower is for. You keep your person, we run the 24/7 monitoring and flag the stuff before it breaks. Plenty of our clients start there and move up to Full Desk when their in-house help retires or moves on.

How fast do you actually respond?

During business hours (Mon–Fri 8–5, Sat 10–4) we aim to get back on urgent tickets within about 15 minutes, and honestly we're often already on it because monitoring caught it first. You text the desk — no ticket-portal gymnastics.

Are you actually local, or a call center?

Local. We're based on Navajo Trail in Cathedral City and cover on-site work across Cathedral City, Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. Same two people every time — we learn your office instead of reading a script.

What if we just need a one-time cloud move?

That's Move Day — a scoped one-off from $2,600, no retainer required. We'll get you off the old server and into the cloud over a weekend. If you decide you want us around after, great; if not, you're free and clear.
